Peaches are low in calories, contain no saturated fat or cholesterol and are a good source of dietary fiber. They contain vitamins C, E and K, niacin, folate, iron, choline, potassium, magnesium, phosphorous, manganese, zinc and copper.

Serves: 2 cups
  • 1 cup milk (Coconut Milk)
  • 1 large peach (fresh or 4 frozen slices)
  • 1 Tablespoon honey or Agave syrup
  • Dash of cinnamon
  • Few cubes of ice
  1. Place peaches, milk sweetener and cinnamon in blender and pulse on medium speed until smooth. Add a few cubes of ice and blend.
