- 1 cup frozen peaches
- 1 frozen banana
- ½ cup plain non-dairy yogurt
- 3 Tablespoons nut milk
- 1 Tablespoon maple syrup (optional)
- 2 Kiwi slices for the eyes
- 1 strawberry for nose
- 10 blueberries for smile and eyes
- 12 strawberry slices
- 1 kiwi slice
- 15 blueberries
Cut up fresh fruit for the topping and set aside. Put the smoothie bowl ingredients in a blender on high and mix until smooth. The consistency should be the consistency of frozen soft serve. Spoon the mixture into a bowl. Top with fresh fruit.
This was so easy to make. My family loves peaches so I used frozen peaches. I made the Smiley Face smoothie for my little people. It made them smile and they wanted more than one. The big people enjoyed the flower smoothie bowl. You may want to pop the smoothie in the freezer so when you begin arranging the fruit, it the smoothie can support the weight. Use your creativity to make a variety of bowls.
