Preheat oven to325°. Line abaking sheet with parchment paper.
In a nut grinder,food processor or with a knife, chop macadamia nuts into smaller pieces.
Place macadamianuts, almonds, cacao nibs, coconut, vanilla, cinnamon , and salt in a mediumbow, add the coconut oil, and mix well.
Pour the granolaonto baking sheet, and spread out in an even layer.
Bake for 15 – 20 minutes or just until it is fragrant and toasted on the bottom. Stir frequentlyand keep an eye on it. The mixture can burn easily.
Let it coolcompletely, and serve with 1 cup of nut milk.
Store extra in asealed container.
The VeggieOG Tip:I added raspberries, blueberries, and 3 tablespoons of hemp seeds to boost the protein, along with the nut milk.
